Please use this form to send us your request for an appointment or to organize a guided tour of the Imperial Crypt. In order to fulfill your specific request, we require your name and contact details (email, telephone number, address), your preferred dates, and information about the size of your group or the age structure of school classes. This information will be processed and stored in our system exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your request. According to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), this requires your express consent, which we hereby request. ► By completing this form, you are submitting a request to our reservation system. Please note that an appointment or booking for a guided tour only becomes binding after we have confirmed it. As a first step, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided, stating that your request has been recorded in our system.

► The data you provide will be processed and stored in our system for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship. Furthermore, it will be used for anonymous statistical analysis. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties.

Prices for Groups:

per person: 11,00 €

children and students up to 18 years of age: 7,00 €
Group tour: 100 € plus admission fee

(maximum 30 people)

Up to 20 students 2 accompanying persons free of charge.

For up to 10 additional students, one additional accompanying person is free of charge.

For integration classes, one additional accompanying person is free of charge.

Until further notice, advance payment of a minimum flat rate is not necessary.

DETAILS ABOUT GUIDED TOURS

CANCELLATION POLICY

For groups with admission only:

Up to 48 hours before the appointment - no cancellation fees.
Until 5 p.m. on the day before the appointment - €20.00 (excl. VAT).
No-show - €50.00 (excl. VAT).

For groups with a booked guided tour:

Up to 14 days before the date - no cancellation fee.
13 to 3 days before the date - 50% of the minimum flat rate.
2 days before the date or in case of no-show - 100% of the minimum flat rate.
